We install wood fired heating systems ranging from log burning stoves with back boilers to large pellet boilers. We are HETAS, MCS and Trustmark approved and our our systems qualify for the Renewable Heat Incentive.

Gasifying log boiler installed in Normanton on Soar, Loughborough

Recent project:

We have installed a wood fuelled boiler for a rural housing co-operative, which involved design and installation of a gasifying log boiler with heat store, district heating pipework, underfloor heating, zone controls, and heat exchanger for hot water.

The customer was delighted with the outcome: “We selected T4 for their ethics and have been delighted with their professionalism.”

There are many different types of biomass boilers, below are just an example of two types that we work with.

Klover Pellet Boilers

Pellet boiler like this one have a hopper in the top that can be filled with pellets, when there is a demand for heating or hot water the system can be called to turn on just like your boiler does.

They are ideal for larger and hard to heat properties that are unsuitable for heat pumps.

Angus Orligno Gasification Log Boiler

Log Boilers like this have a large upper compartment and is designed to be filled and burnt in batches to achieve high efficency with minimal emissions. The heat energy is then kept in a thermal store untill needed for heating or hot water.

Log boilers are great for larger and hard to heat properties especially if you have a supply of logs or other suitable wood available.
